1. What are Cultured Marble and Granite? Cultured marble and cultured granite are man-made molded products. They are a blend of polyester resin, real stone filler, pigment and catalyst. Each are molded and hardened to a solid material in a variety of shapes that meet diverse design needs. This manufacturing process permits a range of uses almost impossible to achieve with quarried stone. Cultured Onyx is made with the same processes as cultured marble, but requires the use of higher valued, less pigmented raw materials. 3. What is the Normal Lead Time? Generally, we have a two week lead time. However, under most circumstances vanity tops ship within 5 business days. 4. How do I Clean and Care for your products? For Glossy Finish: 1. DO NOT use any abrasive; such as Comet, Ajax, etc., on the marble surface. For Parian Finish: Clean same as glossy finish. To remove cigarette stains, light scratches, etc., use a "SCOTCH-BRITE" pad (#7447). Rub lightly in a circular motion, always in the same directions. We have a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects. 6. Where can I Purchase your products? When rust or hard water deposits develop, use a buffing compound (available at any automotive store) and a soft rag to buff away the deposits. 8. What information do I need to place an Order? Step 1: Mark the Center of the location you wish to drill. Step 2: DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS!!! Step 3: Standing in front of product, Drill through the finished side of the product, using a holesaw which is the required width of the hole.
10. How do I Cut your products?
You will need a circular saw with a masonary blade. Step 1: Protect the finished side before cutting (We recommend soft blankets or towels.). Step 2: Flip product over and double-check your measurements. Step 3: Begin cutting in the unfinished side. Take your time, and let the saw do the work. When you get near
